Sound Bites
First
stated by Bryan (Wolf Events Guy-In-Charge) and then shown in trailers
at the recent Wolf SG5 Convention in Blackpool, UK, Michael Shanks
will be back in the UK in May, 2003. Whether or not he will be appearing
at the London Expo (or the Expo alone) is unknown. More info soon.
Also
Stargate SG-1 Executive Producer N.John Smith made the following
comments:
Mr
Smith said that Michael had asked to leave the show, and then had
later changed his mind, but by then it was too late.
Season
7 is 98.5% confirmed. Mr Smith said that the Sci Fi Channel had
ordered a seventh season a while back and a deal with Richard Dean
Anderson (Jack) had been made. Mr Smith also said that if Season
7 did go ahead then Michael would be back in some context.
Mr
Smith later said that if Season 7 went ahead then there would be
some cast changes that we (the audience) would be very happy about.
Whether or not he was referring to Michael making a permanent return
to the show is unknown.
